If you believe that content appearing on ClearIngredient infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the affected user.

ClearIngredient maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We will terminate a user's account upon receiving three or more valid DMCA takedown notices associated with that account within a 12-month period.
ClearIngredient and The Food Detective are trademarks of Mike J. All other trademarks, product names, company names, and logos mentioned within the application are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in ClearIngredient does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
The fast food chain names and restaurant brands referenced in the Fast Food Lookup feature are trademarks of their respective companies. ClearIngredient is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant brand featured in the application.
Submitting a false DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith before submitting a notice.
